Light apparatus wheels with grey plastic  rim, tyres made from thermoplastic solid rubber, leaves no marks on the ground, non-detachably connected with the rim.

Availabe with plain or ball bearing, with thread-protection.

Temperature range: -30°C up to +80°C.

 

Series AVSG • AVSK

Heavy apparatus wheels with grey plastic rim, tyres made of thermoplastic solid rubber, leaving no marks on the floor, non-detachable connected with the rim.

Available with plain bearing or groove ball bearing and thread protection.

Temperature range: -30°C up to +80°C.

Standard Solid Rubber Wheels

Series VBR • VBK

Standard solid rubber wheels with sheet steel rim, zinced. Available with roller bearing or groove ball bearing. Availabe in following types:

  • blue-grey (no marks on the floor)
  • antistatic
  • semi-elastic (RD)

Wheel-hardness:

  • 80° +/-5° Shore A for standard-wheels
  • 65° +/-5° Shore A for RD-quality

Temperature range: -30°C up to +80°C.

Series VKG • VKR

Standard solid rubber wheels with plastic rim, made from polypropylene. Available with plain bearing or roller bearing. Available in following types:

  • without tread (blue-grey)
  • semi-elastic(RD)

Wheel-hardness:

  • 80° +/-5° Shore A for standard wheels
  • 65° +/-5° Shore A for RD-quality

Temperature range: -30°C up to +80°C.

 

Heat-Resistant Solid Rubber Wheels

Series VPHG • VPHBB • VPHK

High-quality, heat-resistant rubber wheels, made from phenolic resin, non-detachably connected to the rim. Black colour. Available with plain bearing, ball bearing food safe collar bush.

Elastic Solid Rubber Wheels

Serie EKG • EKR • EKK

Elastic solid rubber wheels with plastic rim, made from Polyamide 6. Black rim, blue wheels, leave no marks on the floor.  The wheel is non-detachably vulcanized to the rim.

Available with plain bearing, roller bearing or groove ball bearing.

Wheel hardness: 70° +/-5° Shore A.

Temperature range: -30°C up to +80°C

Series EAK • EGK

Elastic solid rubber wheels with aluminum or grey cast iron rim. Black wheel colour, EAK is also available with blue-grey wheels (leaving no marks on the floor). The wheel is non-detachably vulcanized to the rim and therefore not removable.

Available with groove ball bearing.
