Series LS

Solid welded steel construction, with deep groove ball thrust bearing int the swivel, painted black, turned, nut inserted and secured middle bolt, with plate fitting or stem.

Available with total stop (forward locking device).

 

Series LSO + LDSO

Solid welded steel construction, with deep groove ball thrust bearing and taper roller bearing in the swivel, zinc-plated or painted, with lubricating nippel, sealed with two "O" rings, dust and water protected.

Available with total stop or wheel locking device as well as with direction stop 4 x 90°.

Series LSS

Solid steel welded construction with greased , painted, swivel with extra strong head design. There are tapered roller bearings on opposite sides in the forged fork to ensure full load capacity even when power driven. Fitted grease nipple, sealed, dust and water protected.

Available with total stop.

Line LFS

Solid welded steel construction with double ball bearing and grease nipple in swivel, zinced. Without middle bolt with a swivel that is closed and filled with life long grease. Therefore protected against spray water and dust, for long lasting durability. With plate fitting, fork and rocker are very solid to counteract the pressure at optimal load capacity.

Castors with springs are used for transport devices carrying a fragile load like glass, electronic parts or electronic equipment. They are also a suitable choice for sensitive parts like painted sheet metal etc. The noise level can greatly reduced through spring castors. The durability of the transport equipment can be increased through spring castors. Depending on the load different springs can be put in to vary the strength of the spring.
